The Texas Instruments DC Switching Regulators TPS54610PWP is an efficient and high-performance 6A, 350kHz/550kHz Step-Down DC-DC Buck Converter. It offers adjustable output from 0.891V and has an input voltage range of 4.5V to 15V. Additionally, it is housed in an ultra-small 28-HTSSOP package, which makes the regulator easy to mount on the surface of any application board. The regulator supports fast-transient responses and has a wide range of features including adaptive on-time control, auto-skip of skip mode operation, input under-voltage lockout, cycle-by-cycle current limit, slope compensation and thermal shutdown. With its expertly engineered circuit design, the TPS54610PWP is capable of providing improved efficiency in applications such as notebook computers, servers, LCD TV, and high-efficiency DC/DC converter applications.
