The CD74HC374E is a high-speedCMOS 8-bit register latch manufactured by Texas Instruments. This device has a storage capacity of 8 bits and is capable of storing data present on its inputs. It features low power consumption, high noise immunity, and high speed operation. It is designed to be used in wide range of digital logic applications like data storage, signal buffering, and general digital control. The CD74HC374E offers input protection for the data lines, latches and enables for bidirectional data flow. It has a two- input/output common pin. It supports a wide operating voltage range of 2V to 6V and has an output load of 24mA. The CD74HC374E can be used in address decoding and memory addressing applications. It also comes with an optional Schmitt-Trigger input for filtering signals.
