Texas Instruments OPA347NA/3KG4 is a high performance, rail-to-rail operational amplifier with shutdown feature in a small SOT23-5 package. This device is optimized for applications that require low power dissipation, low noise, and high output current. Specifically, the OPA347NA/3KG4 can drive loads up to 600Ω while consuming only 1.2mA of current. It provides a typical gain- bandwidth product of 5MHz and a typical output voltage swing of 0.7V to 3.5V. The OPA347NA/3KG4 can operate on both single (1.8V to 5V) and dual supplies (±1.5V to ±5V) with a low quiescent current of only 4μA. Furthermore, its high-input impedance (greater than 10TΩ) enables it to provide excellent linearity and noise performance in applications such as signal conditioning, audio, and test instrumentation. With its shutdown feature, current consumption can be reduced to zero. The device features a typical offset voltage of 3mV, output short-circuit protection, and high common-mode rejection ratio. In addition, the OPA347NA/3KG4 utilizes ESD protection greater than 8kV HBM, allowing it to be used in a wide range of applications.
