The Texas Instruments TPS73701DRBRG4 is an ultra-low-noise linear voltage regulator featuring an adjustable output voltage range from 1V to 17V. It offers a high power conversion efficiency, low heat dissipation, fast transient response and a wide input voltage range. Operating quiescent current is as low as 15µA. It is designed to provide clean and stable output voltage with minimal external components. Its wide input voltage range makes it suitable for use in a variety of applications such as battery-powered systems, computing, communications, and industrial equipment. The fast transient response allows the device to effectively handle dynamic load changes with minimal output voltage variation. It also offers over-temperature protection and soft start functions to protect its circuitry from potential damage. Built-in current limit and thermal shut-down functions provide added protection from overloads. The device is available in a 3-by-3mm leadless VQFN package which provides excellent thermal dissipation and reliable performance in space-constrained applications.
