The RFMD RF2126TR7 is a high-performance, high-efficiency, GaAs HBT (Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor) amplifier IC designed for use in a wide range of RF applications. It is capable of providing up to +27 dBm of output power with a gain of 17 dB and a noise figure of 4.5 dB. The RF2126TR7 is designed to operate over a wide frequency range of 2.5 GHz to 3.5 GHz.
