The Texas Instruments UCC25702N is a robust and high performance integrated, configurable gate driver. The device is powered by an intelligent, ultra-low- power power module and provides an expanded range of driver capabilities. It has a wide operating supply range, up to 58V and the highest current rating at 35A. The driver has an integrated failure detection hardware and an I2C/SPI communication interface for optimal configurability. It features adjustable dead time, adjustable soft-start, adjustable short circuit protection and enables user customisation for maximum current control. The integrated Advanced Active Clamping Technology minimises voltage and EMI concerns, and increases internal current handling capabilities. The UCC25702N also features wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for all kinds of motor drives and other industrial, automotive, and consumer application environments.
