The company's AD8115ASTZ Wideband Transimpedance Amplifier is a highly integrated, wideband transimpedance amplifier that delivers superior performance for telecom and cable line applications. This amplifier provides a wide dynamic range, low power consumption, and fast settling time in a tiny 3 mm × 3mm package. The AD8115ASTZ features a wide supply voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V and reduces the number of support components required, allowing designers to reduce overall circuit complexity. It has an integrated, 10 MHz gain bandwidth product and can be operated from a single-ended input for easy system integration. In addition, the amplifier is designed for a low thermal resistance and can be used in high-speed data communication systems. The device is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q100 qualified, meeting automotive standards and making it ideal for use in a number of automotive applications. Furthermore, the AD8115ASTZ is designed to meet stringent EMI requirements, making it suitable for high speed data communication systems.
