The LM5068MM-2 is designed to maintain a high level of system reliability in situations where there is need for dynamic power management. The protected voltage range can be adjusted between 0V to 48V and is equipped with comprehensive fault protection support including under-voltage lockout, over- current latchoff and over-temperature shutdown. Additionally, the wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C provides robust performance to support other applications that may require higher temperatures. The 8-VSSOP package offers a compact solution for space-constrained applications and the low power consumption provides savings in the form of lower running costs and improved system efficiency.
