MCU STMicroelectronics STM8L151C8U6 is a low-power, 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) based on the extended STM8L151C8 core. It features up to 64 Kbytes of Flash memory and 8 Kbytes of RAM, as well as a variety of integrated peripherals, including a 10-bit A/D converter, a timer that supports 8 channels, pulse width modulation (PWM) channels, and SPI, I2C, and UART communication interfaces. It provides high-speed performance at low power consumption, with immunity to static discharge, clock/data strobe jitter, and radiation. This MCU is ideal for a wide range of applications such as battery- operated systems, energy-saving controls, motor control, and automotive. It is available in several packages, including LQFP and UQFN for low-profile applications. Its advanced low-power modes provide excellent energy efficiency along with precise timing, allowing it to run on minimally-sized batteries for long battery life.
