LM2936M-3.3 Description
Texas Instruments LM2936M-3.3 is a low voltage differential voltage regulator with low step-down and low current for automotive or other battery operating systems. The LM2936M-3.3 features a wide range of functions, including hot shutdown, short circuit protection, and battery reverse protection. Its spread temperature is from -40℃ to 125℃.
