Description
The PIC18F4620-I/PT is a Flash Microcontroller that features 10-bit A/D and nanoWatt technology. This provides ten oscillator options, giving users a wide range of options when developing application hardware. For more efficient power management, this device has seven operating modes. These modes offer a variety of options for selective power conservation in applications with limited resources. Because Harvard architecture devices use separate busses for data and program memories, the two memory spaces can be accessed concurrently. For practical purposes, the data EEPROM can be considered a peripheral device because it is addressed and accessed via a set of control registers.
