General description

The PCA9521 is a monolithic bipolar integrated circuit for bus buffering in applications including I2C-bus, SMBus, PMBus, and other systems based on similar principles.

■ Operating voltages from 2.7 V to 5.5 V

■ Achieves superior response times without the need for rise time accelerators
■ ESD protection exceeds 2 kV HBM per JESD22-A114 and 500 V CDM per
JESD22-C101
■ Latch-up testing is done to JEDEC Standard JESD78 which exceeds 100 mA
