The Infineon BSP613P is a single MOSFET P-Channel FET designed for use in a variety of applications. This FET has a maximum drain-source voltage of 60V and a maximum drain current of 2.9A. It is housed in a SOT-223 package, making it suitable for use in a variety of applications. The FET has a low on- resistance of 0.0045 ohms, making it ideal for use in high-current applications. It also has a low gate-source threshold voltage of 1.2V, making it suitable for use in low-voltage applications. The FET is RoHS compliant and is designed to meet the requirements of the automotive industry. The FET is also designed to be highly reliable and has a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. This FET is an ideal choice for use in a variety of applications, including automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics.
