The onsemi NLSV8T244MUTAG is a unidirectional, dual-supply level shifter. the NLSV8T244MUTAG provides overvoltage protection, power-off protection in a compact 20-UDFN (4x2) package that is surface mountable. the two power rails of the NLSV8T244MUTAG, VCCA and VCCB, are both configurable from 0.9V to 4.5V. configuration.
