The Texas Instruments LP3853ESX-3.3/NOPB is an adjustable low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator. It offers up to 200mA of output current. The device offers a fully adjustable output voltage range from 1.175V to 11.8V, as well as a low ground current of only 15uA. The LP3853ESX-3.3/NOPB employs an error flag output with an open-drain architecture, making it suitable for use in both single and multiple output applications. It also includes short circuit protection for added safety. With its wide operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, the LP3853ESX-3.3/NOPB is an ideal choice for rugged, demanding thermal environments. Moreover, the device features ESD protection with an human body model rating up to 4 kV. This energy-efficient regulator is available in the industry standard SOIC-8 package.
