The Texas Instruments SN75452BPSR is an advanced dual peripheral driver with highly efficient and reliable output capabilities. This device is designed to drive two MOSFETs, power IGBTs, and other power devices in high-current, high voltage applications. This integrated circuit (IC) comes in an 8-pin small- outline IC (SOIC) package that occupies minimal board space. The SN75452BPSR is designed to handle currents of up to 2A, peak currents up to 3A, and voltage ratings up to 24V. It features an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, low gate output impedance, shoot-through current protection, as well as common-mode and propagation delays that are independent of the voltage. This gate driver is also designed to be reliable and easily programmable, making it suitable for industrial, transportation, renewable energy, automotive, and other applications.
