LP2985AIM5X-3.3 Description
The Texas Instruments LP2985AIM5X-3.3 is a low dropout regulator using an optimized vertically integrated PNP (VIP) process that offers excellent performance. The LP2985AIM5X-3.3 is suitable for all battery-powered designs and it provides 4% tolerance accuracy. The quiescent current of the device is 850uA.
