DESCRIPTION
These are single-chip 16-bit microcomputers designed with high-per formance CMOS silicon gate technology, being packaged in 64-pin plastic molded QFP or shrink plastic molded SDIP. These microcomputers support the 7900 Series instruction set, which are enhanced and expanded instruction set and are upper-compatible with the 7700/7751 Series instruction set.
