The Texas Instruments LM25101ASD/NOPB is a full-bridge gate driver designed for high-current, high-frequency, half-bridge applications such as DC/DC converters and motor drives. This device features a low propagation delay of 430ns and 260ns for Tape & Reel (TR) Alternate Packaging and has an exposed pad for thermal dissipation. The offering of a 10-WDFN Exposed Pad Half-Bridge Gate Driver provides the convenience of a compact 10-pin power solution that fits in medical, automotive and industrial applications. Furthermore, the LM25101ASD/NOPB features a high output current of 3A peak, a low output resistance of 0.45 Ohm and a wide operating voltage range of 4.5 V to 30 V. This device offers pre-biased shut-down on separate pins when a short circuit exists at the load, making it suitable for motor control applications. The LM25101ASD/NOPB is designed to handle input voltages up to 30V and is suitable for use in both high side and low side switching applications.
