This IC MMIC Reject Mixer 5-30GHz is ideal for use in a wide range of applications, including wireless communications, satellite communications, and radar systems. It features a wide frequency range of 5-30GHz, low insertion loss, high isolation, and high linearity. The AMMP-6530-TR1 also offers excellent temperature stability and low power consumption. This device is RoHS compliant and is available in a variety of packages, including 8-pin SMD, 8-pin SOIC, and 8-pin PDIP.
