The Texas Instruments TPS3813J25DBVR is a medium-performance, low-power system-level reset supervisor that is designed to protect low-power systems from faults both externally and internally. This reset supervisor provides a power-on reset (POR) output, a reset output that is active in state of undervoltage (UVP), a reset output that is active in an overcurrent (OCP) condition, and a Reset Enable input for manual re-arming. The TPS3813J25DBVR offers best-in-class power consumption and low quiescent current of < 3 µA while providing a Powergood output. This reset supervisor also has a wide input voltage range of 2.95 V to 5.5 V, and it can be operated across the entire industrial temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. It is available in stand-alone or surface-mount packages and provides a reset pulse width of minimum 33 µs. Overall, the Texas Instruments TPS3813J25DBVR is a highly integrated, low-power reset supervisor designed to protect power and application systems from faults both internally and externally.
