Description
The PIC16F1947-I/PT is a flash-based 8-bit 64-pin CMOS microcontroller with an LCD driver and nanoWatt XLP technology. There are 49 instructions on the CPU. The ability to interrupt includes automatic context saving. The hardware stack is 16 levels deep and supports overflow and underflow reset. The microcontroller has three addressing modes: direct, indirect, and relative. The ability to read programs and data memory is provided by two file select registers (FSRs). The improved mid-range core includes a 15-bit program counter that can address a 32k x 14 program memory space. Accessing a location beyond these boundaries will result in a memory space wrap-around within the implemented memory space. The interrupt vector is at 0004h and the reset vector is at 0000h.
