STMicroelectronics VND7NV04TR-E is an advanced CMOS logic device designed to provide high-speed, low-power switching as well as integrated protection functions. This device is capable of switching between two input signals and it also functions as a power protector. The device is capable of switching between input signals at a very high speed of up to 200 MHz. The device also has a built-in ESD protection mechanism up to 3000V, ensuring reliable operation and durability against electrostatic discharge. The fully integrated protection features include reverse breakdown voltage protection, current limit protection, over temperature protection and over voltage protection. Furthermore, the VND7NV04TR-E is available in a small package size, making it ideal for applications that require space-saving solutions.
