This 3A, 2.8MHz rated converter is a surface mount 0.8V adjustable 16-QFN 3x3 buck converter, perfect for a wide range of commercial and industrial applications. The TPS62090RGTT boasts a highly efficient switch-mode regulator capable of providing up to 95% efficiency. This allows the converter to reduce cost, power consumption, and size of the design compared to linear regulators. The device also includes a wide operating input voltage range of between 4.5V to 28V and can be configured for up to 2.05V output.
