Description :
The Microchip Technology MCP809T-315I/TT is a low-power, low-voltage
supervisor with a push-pull, totem pole active low output. It is designed to
provide a reset signal to a microcontroller or other digital logic when the
power supply voltage drops below a preset threshold. The device is available
in a SOT-23-3 package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of
-40°C to 85°C (TA).
