DG506ACJ Description
The Vishay DG506ACJ is a single-channel CMOS multiplexer switch that can also be used as a demultiplexer.The DG506ACJ is TTL and CMOS compatible over the temperature range of -55°C to 125°C for both address and enable inputs.The maximum on-resistance of the DG506ACJ is 400 Ohms.
