The REF3120AIDBZR is a high-accuracy low-power, ultra-miniature, low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator from Texas Instruments. This device is specifically designed to provide constant regulated output voltage from a single or dual input power source. It offers excellent line and load regulation performance and enables superior power design flexibility by providing a programmable output voltage and dropout voltage. The device also includes an integrated thermal shutdown feature and overcurrent protection, making it ideal for applications that require high accuracy, tight regulation and improved efficiency. The REF3120AIDBZR supports a wide input voltage range from 2.0V to 5.5V and provides ±1% accuracy at room temperature from 0°C to +85°C.
