BQ4011YMA-100 is a kind of nonvolatile static RAM, and its reliable nonvolatile is provided by integrated control circuit and lithium energy source. BQ4011YMA-100 uses CMOS SRAM with very low standby current, which does not need any external circuits and is compatible with industrial standard SRAMS and most EEPRMSS and EEPROM sockets.
