The Texas Instruments LM1084IS-ADJ is a 2 A adjustable voltage regulator designed for use in many applications including voltage regulation systems, power supply systems, and automotive applications. This device is designed to deliver output voltages from 1.5 to 37 volts with a maximum output current of 2 A. It features a very low dropout voltage, only 1.3 V at full load, allowing it to maintain a steady output voltage even at very low inputs. The device also includes several advanced features such as short circuit, over- temperature, and current limit protection. It also has two on-chip pins that can be used to adjust the output voltage.
