Infineon CY7C68000A-56LFXC is a general-purpose USB interface integrated circuit, also a 16-bit parallel interface up to 30MHz or an 8-bit parallel interface up to 60MHz. The CY7C68000A-56LFXC supports supply voltages from 3V to 3.6V in a 56-pin, lead-free VFQFN package.
