The Texas Instruments LM309H is a fixed output positive linear voltage regulator. It is capable of supplying an output current of up to 1A and features a thermal overload protection that is temperature compensated. Operating temperatures range from 0°C to 125°C, making the LM309H suitable for a wide variety of applications. The output voltage of this regulator can be adjusted between 4.2V and 37V, allowing for a wide range of usable voltages. The device has an input voltage range of 8V to 37V and the maximum dropout voltage is 1V at 1A. The TO-220 package of this linear voltage regulator allows for easy mounting and is especially useful in space constrained applications. With its compact size and robust protection features, the Texas Instruments LM309Hlinear voltage regulator is an excellent choice for power regulation in a variety of applications.
