ADS900E Description
The Texas Instruments ADS900E is a 10-bit, single-channel analog-to-digital converter that includes a high-bandwidth track-and-hold, a 10-bit quantizer, and an internal reference. the ADS900E has excellent differential linearity, and it uses highly advanced digital error correction techniques.
