It comes with a wide range of peripherals, including high-performance analog, communications and timing peripherals, advanced graphics and connectivity support, and on- chip resources to support motor control and power management. The STM32F103R6T6A device core is based on the ARM Cortex-M3TM processor and is designed for a maximum frequency of 72 MHz. The on-chip peripherals of STM32F103R6T6A include rich connectivity options including 10/100 Ethernet MAC and an external memory interface as well as a total of four USART, two I2C, two SPI, one CAN, one USB 2.0 full speed and two 12-bit analog to digital converters (ADC). The device also features I/O features such as the traditional general-purpose input/output (GPIO) pins, timers, and PWM outputs.
