Description
The CH9904 provides 65536 bits of programmable read-only memory organized as 8192 words of 8 bits each. The device is specially configured only for the boot of Chrontel’s Display Encoder/transmitter/receiver. The CH9904 is available in space-saving 8-pin SOP package and is accessed via a two-wire serial interface.
