The Texas Instruments UCC2895DWTR is a two-stage, low-power, low-EMI control IC designed for motor control applications. The IC offers a wide range of features to simplify motor control and construction, such as integrated analog to digital conversion, selectable gate driver impedances, and an Integrated MOSFET gate driver. The IC is optimized for efficiency, featuring integrated over-current and over-temperature protection along with a range of other adjustable protection features. The device includes current-limit regulation, frequency modulation, and current-mode control with fixed or programmable switching frequency. Additionally, it features integrated dual synchronous rectifier drivers for higher efficiency, sinusoidal PWM controls and additional digital control functions. The UCC2895DWTR is an easy-to-use and integrated solution for powering automotive and industrial applications, from small fans to high power digital motor control applications.
