The Texas Instruments REF3130AIDBZT is a low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator, offering a wide output accuracy and low quiescent current. It offers a wide operating range from 1.8 V to 5.5 V and a maximum current of 2.5 A. With its integrated low-dropout voltage of 210 mV, it delivers the desired output voltage with minimal input voltage disturbance, ensuring stability for fast transient response and improved AC performance. An output accuracy of ±1% ensures that designers can maintain their code stability and compatibility in the face of voltage drifts. Its advanced active-low logic-controlled shutdown feature allows designers to turn the output calibration on/off via a logic input, saving power and extending battery life. The REF3130AIDBZT also features thermal shutdown and current limit, protecting the device from damage caused by excessive loading or heat. The device provides excellent load and line transient response and offers superior accuracy, low noise and high PSRR.
