The Texas Instruments TPS73018DBVT is a low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator that provides a stabilized output from an unregulated input voltage. It features a wide input voltage range (2.3V to 6.3V) and a wide output voltage range (1.26V to 5.5V). It has a maximum quiescent current of 15 µA, and a maximum output current capability of 130 mA. Its output voltage accuracy is ±1.3% over the specified temperature range. This device offers a wide range of protection features, including over-current, over-voltage and over-temperature protection. Additionally, its low dropout voltage of 350 mV at 1 A of continuous load current ensures a minimum wasted energy and helps to lower power consumption. Its small, surface mount form factor makes it ideal for applications where space is limited.
