The STMicroelectronics VN5E025MJTR-E is a 2.5A, 75V, N-channel Power MOSFET which has been designed with specialty high-voltage CMOS technology for applications in power management, load switching, DC/DC converters and motor control. This device offers superior circuit board layout capabilities with its ultra low RDS(on). It has been optimized for low gate charge, low output capacitance and high transconductance. It features over-voltage protection, built-in ESD immunity and diode protection. This device also offers low switching losses and is capable of handling high-frequency operation and a wide range of temperatures up to 175°C. The STMicroelectronics VN5E025MJTR-E is RoHS compliant and is suitable for use in a variety of applications including automotive, industrial, and appliances.
