Analog Devices Inc. AD7226KRZ is a low-power, low-voltage, single-supply, multichannel serial A/D converter. The AD7226KRZ is designed to enable quality data measurements when battery-powered applications are needed, including low- power medical instrumentation, manufacturing data acquisition, wearable electronics, and other energy-constrained applications. It provides multichannel simultaneous sampling as well as synchronous and asynchronous sampled acquisition modes. The AD7226KRZ enables a wide range of data conversion performance, including 5-bit to 16-bit accuracy, 100-kHz sample rate, low-noise design with distortion control, low power operations and analog-only signal conditioning. It features an on-chip, low-noise signal conditioning circuitry and a MultiPlex bus, which allows the user to select how many channels will be active at a single time. Additionally, it includes an on-chip temperature sensor for temperature sensing in battery-powered applications.
