Built with SOT-23-6 and Push-Pull, Totem Pole Active Low, this supervisor comes with a wide temperature range of -40°C to 85°C (TJ). Featureing a 65 ms minimum reset assertion time, this supervisor is set up with a 2.941V reset threshold voltage ensuring long-term operation. With its Simpl Reset/Power-On Reset implementation, the TPS3110K33DBVR is an ideal choice for keeping your devices always in a safe state even during power up and at a wide range of voltage and temperature settings.
