STMicroelectronics ST7FLITE09Y0B6 is a low-power, ultra-low-voltage 8-bit microcontroller with 8K-bytes of flash memory, a wide range of peripherals and advanced analog features. This device is ideal for energy-saving industrial and consumer applications. The ST7FLITE09Y0B6 has an array of EnergySaver Modes, that are programmable and allow the system to adjust its power consumption according to the operating conditions of the application. It also introduces a new Sleep mode that further reduces power consumption to only 3μA. The ST7FLITE09Y0B6 is compatible with the ST7FLITExxx Family architecture and its advanced peripherals, making it easy to develop a wide range of applications, from battery-powered collections of sensors communicating over a network, to complex automotive smoke and CO2 detectors. It features integrated temperature sensors, up to 14-bit Analog to Digital conversion and Schmitt Trigger inputs. Its low 2.0V to 3.6V voltage range makes it an ideal choice for battery-powered applications. With a wide operating temperature range, it is suitable for industrial automation, metering, white goods and appliances, and other home automation applications.
