The AT91SAM7S256-AU-001 is an ARM7 microcontroller from Atmel. It is based on
the ARM7TDMI-S core and features 256KB of Flash memory, 64KB of SRAM, and a
wide range of peripherals. It is housed in a 64-pin LQFP package and is
suitable for a variety of embedded applications.
