The Texas Instruments CDCM1804RGER is a high-performance 4-output reference clock distribution module designed to provide a comprehensive digital clock distribution system with fast rise and fall time, low phase noise performance, and constant phase and frequency relationships. This module is perfect for a wide range of applications including digital multiplexing, frequency synthesis, clock distribution, buffering, switching, and synchronization. Not only is it cost-effective, but it features: • Out-of-the-box electrical accuracy with reference clock performance • Frequency range from 50kHz to 125MHz • 4 independent outputs • Power-saving ability to reduce active power but still maintain accuracy • Differential outputs for improved immunity of sensitive circuitry • Programmable phase settings for different output signals • Compensated clock in/out EQ modules for improved phase control • Clock distribution capability with low jitter and glitch free outputs • On-board 2-wire interface with status monitoring capabilities • Buffer and Driver emulation with parasitics compensation • Temperature-stabilizing features for optimum reference accuracy over a wide temperature range
