Description
The TPDxE05U06 is a family of ultra-low capacitance unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS)-based Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) protection diodes. Each device can dissipate ESD strikes over the maximum level prescribed by the international standard IEC 61000-4-2. Because of its ultra- low loading capacitance, the TPDxE05U06 is suitable for protecting any high- speed signal pins.
TPDxE05U06 is commonly used for high-speed signal lines in HDMI 1.4b, HDMI 2.0, USB 3.0, MHL, LVDS, DisplayPort, PCI-Express®, eSata, and V-by-One® HS.
