DS1249AB-100 Description

The Analog Devices DS1245YL-70IND is a non-volatile SRAM. Each non-volatile SRAM has a separate lithium energy source and control circuitry to detect VCC overcapacities. The DS1245YL-70IND has no limit on the number of write cycles that can be executed and does not require additional support circuitry for microprocessor interfacing.
