FDN337N Description
The FDN337N is a superSOT-3 N channel logic level enhancement mode power field-effect transistor. This transistor is manufactured using high cell density, DMOS technology. The very high-density process is specifically tailored to minimize on-state resistance, making it ideal for low voltage applications in notebook computers, portable phones, PCMCIA cards, and other battery-powered circuits requiring fast switching and low inline power loss in a very small outline surface mount package.
