MBRA340T3G Description
The MBRA340T3G from On Semiconductor is a surface-mount "J" bent leaded Schottky power rectifier in an SMA (CASE 403D-02) package. It has an epitaxial structure with an extremely stable oxide passivated junction and metal contact. This device is intended for use in low voltage, high-frequency rectification, freewheeling, polarity protection, and other applications where system size and weight are crucial.
