The STMicroelectronics M48Z512AY-70PM1 is a 1 Megabit Ultra Low Power Non Volatile memory device designed to offer superior performance while consuming less power than traditional Non Volatile memory solutions. This device offers an 8-bit multiplexed address and data bus, a contactless connection, autonomous programming in-system and 5V or 3V operation. The device offers a write endurance of 1,000,000 cycles, a read endurance of 5,000,000 cycles and a 5-year data retention. The M48Z512AY-70PM1 is suitable for applications where low power consumption, long life and reliable data storage are essential.
