The Texas Instruments DC Switching Regulator LM2671MX-ADJ/NOPB is an extremely versatile and efficient DC DC switching regulator perfect for high-volume and high-performance applications. This surface mount regulator has a step-down design, allowing for input voltages of up to 30V to be converted to a constant 1. 21V output. It is adjustable, meaning that its output current can be adjusted to a maximum of 500mA. It has a switching frequency of up to 260kHz, allowing for a rapid transfer of energy. This versatile regulator is constructed with an 8-pin SOIC package and utilizes both Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) and Pulse Frequency Modulation (PFM) to maximize efficiency at a wide range of load currents. As a result, it is able to minimize output voltage deviation while maintaining an excellent regulation line and fast transient response. This DC DC switching regulator is perfect for a wide range of applications such as LED lighting, battery-powered devices, portable electronics, automotive, industrial, and more.
