The ZETEX ZXMS6004DGTA is a N-Channel INTELLIFET® SOT-223 General Purpose
Power Distribution Switch and Load Driver. It is designed to provide a high
level of performance and reliability in a wide range of applications. It
features a maximum voltage rating of 60V, an auto restart feature, and an
operating temperature range of -40°C to 150°C (TJ).
